On April 7, we planned to reopen elementary and junior high schools in the town by reducing their educational activities. However, we decided to temporarily close schools from April 13 to May 6 as a result of a review based on the situation of the spread of COVID-19 infections in Japan, the increased risk of infection in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and the request from the governor of Gunma Prefecture, Yamamoto.
From April 8 to April 10, we have three hours of classes in the morning and students go home after school lunch.
