Application Method
Please fill in the temporary use permit application form and the written pledge, and apply to the Urban Development Division with the following necessary documents.
- Application from for temporary use permit of Oizumi Town housing, etc.（Japanese）
- Dismissal notice, eviction notice? cancellation letter, salary statements for one year (2019), etc.
- Copy of the vehicle inspection certificate if you wish to use the parking lot (up to one per household)
- Written Oath（Japanese）
