In Oizumi Town, where COVID-19 infections have occurred, healthcare professionals are working in areas with infection risk. The town will provide such persons with compensation to support expenses necessary for health management.

Eligibles
A person who has been working at a medical institution (medical and dental medicine) stipulated in Article 1-5 of the Medical Care Act since April 1, 2020, and at the same time falls under any of the following:
- A person who works for a medical or dental office in the town (excluding physicians and dentists)
- The following healthcare professional living in the town who has been registered in the Residential Basic Book of the town for more than one year as of April 1, 2020, and works at a medical or dental office outside the town.

10,000 yen per person（only once）

Please apply to the Health Promotion Division by attaching the following necessary documents to the prescribed application form.

- Office certificate
- Items to confirm the recipient account
- Seal
A copy of a certificate of residence is required for those who work at a medical or dental office outside the town. However, a copy of your certificate of residence will not be required if you submit a “Consent for inspection of town tax payment, etc.”
