So if it is not urgent or not important, please refrain from going to Tokyo. In addition, please avoid three Cs (Closed spaces, Crowded places, Closed-contact settings) and practice new life style which are securing social distancing, wearing a face mask and washing hand fingers. Your continuous cooperation on this matter would be appreciated.
On the other hand, when you are outside and secure an enough physical distance from other persons, take off the face mask in order to avoid heat stroke. If you still wear a face mask, please keep in mind to drink water frequently.
