The government provides “the support fund and allowance for the leave forced to be taken under the COVID-19 outbreak” for employees of small and medium sized companies that were forced to take leave due to COVID-19 and its prevention of spread, and who have not being paid their wages (or leave allowance) during their leave, by application by the workers themselves.
Eligible Persons
Employees of small and medium sized companies who were on leave during the period between April 1st, 2020 and September 30th, 2020 due to instruction of the employer, and who have not being paid their wages (or leave allowance) for the leave mentioned above.
Application Method
Application by postal mail or via online. Online application is in preparation.
