A medical checkup will be conducted for children who enter primary school in April 2021. This is based on the School Health and Safety Act. Families who have such children will be notified, so the children should visit the primary school where they are going to enroll with their guardians to take a medical examination.
If the children have moved in or moved out, or if they cannot take the medical checkup due to illness or other reasons, be sure to contact the Educational Administration Division.

Children who were born from April 2, 2014, to April 1, 2015, and have an address in Oizumi Town

- October 2nd, 2020 (Fri.) at Minami (South) Shogakko Shogakko
- October 6th, 2020 (Tue.) at Nishi (West) Shogakko
- October 9th, 2020 (Fri.) at Higashi (East) Shogakko
- October 13th, 2020 (Tue.) at Kita (North) Shogakko
It will be held at the gymnasium of the primary school they are going to enroll at.
Please note that the primary school a child enters differs depending on the administrative district.

Requests for infection prevention measures against COVID-19
- Please wear face masks on both you (guardian) and your child.
- Please measure temperatures of both you (guardian) and your child before receiving the checkup. If either of you has a fever, please refrain from receiving the checkup, and contact the Educational Administration Division (Kyoiku-Kanri-ka).
