Oizumi town conducts a survey on the satisfaction and awareness of town residents every year. The purpose of this survey is to inform the residents of the town of the 35 measures set forth in the implementation plan of “Oizumi Town Future Creation Compass Oizumi Town Comprehensive Plan 2019″ and to grasp how residents feel about the current situation of the town” and “how residents evaluate the town administration,” and the results will be used as reference for future project development.

Who receive the questionnaire
1800 people randomly selected from residents of the town who are 18 years old and older.
Method of reply
Please reply by one of the following method.

- Mail the completed questionnaire form with a self-addressed envelope.
