Let’s pay attention to COVID-19 when cheering the Olympics.

The Tokyo 2020 Olympics will begin.

In July and August, schools are closed for the summer and many companies take vacations.

However, the number of people infected with COVID-19 has been increasing in Tokyo, and is gradually beginning to increase in Gunma Prefecture as well.

In order to cheer on the Olympics in a safe and enjoyable way, please be careful of the following things.

At your home

  • Cheer on the Olympics at your home as much as possible.
  • If you are going to cheer with someone, make sure it is only someone you normally live with.
  • Refrain from going out unless you have something to do.
  • Only eat or barbecue with family members who live with you.
  • Be sure to wash your hands and wear a face mask.
But be careful of heatstroke when you wear a face mask.
