Medical checkups will be conducted for children who will enter primary school in April 2023. As a notice will be sent to families that have eligible children, please have your child receive the checkup with a guardian at the primary school your child plans to enter.
If you have moved in, moved out, or changed the address, or if you are unable to receive the checkup due to illness or other reasons, please be sure to contact the Educational Administration Division (Kyoiku-Kanri-ka).
Eligible Children
Children who were born between April 2nd, 2016 and April 1st, 2017 and have an address in the Oizumi Town.

- October 5th, 2022 (Wed.) at Nishi (West) Shogakko
- October 7th, 2022 (Fri.) at Higashi (East) Shogakko
- October 11th, 2022 (Tue.) at Kita (North) Shogakko
- October 14th, 2022 (Fri.) at Minami (South) Shogakko
The checkup will be conducted at the gymnasium of the primary school where your child plans to enter. As schools where your child enters vary by districts, please check the link of “Primary and Junior High School Districts”.

Requests for infection prevention measures against COVID-19
- Please wear face masks on both you (guardian) and your child.
- Please measure temperatures of both you (guardian) and your child before receiving the checkup. If either of you has a fever, please refrain from receiving the checkup, and contact the Educational Administration Division (Kyoiku-Kanri-ka).
- Each family may have no more than one person accompanying the child, and please do not bring siblings, including infants to the school.
