Due to rapid expansion of COVID-19, patients who stay at home are increasing. The town will provide support in the form of groceries and other items to alleviate the anxiety of them.
Groceries support for patients and close contacts at home
Period
From September 1st, 2021 (wed.), for the time being.
Eligibility
- Residents of Oizumi Town who were instructed to stay at home by the Tatebayashi Health Center due to COVID-19 infection are eligible. (We may ask the Tatebayashi Health Center about your medical condition.)
- Residents of Oizumi Town who were judged as a close contact with a person infected with COVID-19 by the Tatebayashi Health Center and who live alone are eligible.(We may ask the Tatebayashi Health Center about your medical condition.) Close contacts whose entire household is a close contact are also eligible.
Support Contents
- Approximately three days’ worth of food and other necessities will be provided to each infected person under home treatment.
- One set of groceries equivalent to that of a home-treated person will be delivered per household of a close contact person. However, if there are four or more people in a household, two sets will be delivered.
- This support is limited to one time for both home treated patients and close contacts.

- If you are unable to make a phone call, please send a fax (0276-62-2108) with your name, address, contact information (fax number, etc.), and the date of diagnosis of COVID-19.

Delivery Date and Method
- Delivery will be made on the following day of the date of application.
- In order to prevent infection, we do not deliver in person, but leave the package at the door. After delivery, we will confirm your receipt by phone or other means.
Others
- We are not able to accommodate food allergies or other individual needs.
- The contents of the delivery may vary depending on availability and other factors.
- Deliveries will be made by our staff.
