In the jurisdiction of Tatebayashi Public Health Center, which includes Oizumi Town, the number of cases was 1.0 in the week from May 8 to May 14, 2023 (Week 19) after the shift to Category 5 infectious diseases, but it was 18.11 in the week from August 28 to September 3, 2023 (Week 35), a significant increase compared to the time of shift to Category 5.Since there have been reports of outbreaks within the prefecture, we ask that all town residents continue to take basic infection control measures such as ventilation, hand washing, and the use of masks when appropriate.
