Victims of crime and their families not only suffer physical injuries and financial hardship, but also endure profound emotional distress. During this week, let’s consider how difficult it is for victims of crime and how we can help them.

Panel Exhibition on Support for Crime Victims (Panel Exhibition to Help Those Who Have Been Criminally Victimized)

The town will hold a “Panel Exhibition on Support for Crime Victims (Panel Exhibition to Help Those Who Have Been Criminally Victimized)”  during the week together with the Gunma Prefectural Police Headquarters (Crime Victim Support Office), Oizumi Police Station, and the Victim Support Center ”Step Gunma“.

December 1st  (Monday) to December 3rd (Wednesday)

Time

From 8:30  to 17:15 PM (Starting at 10:00 AM on the first day, ending at 3:00 PM on the last day)

4. Installation of the book collection box “Honde Ring”
5. Consultation counters staffed by police and Step Gunma Victim Support Center personnel

　What is “Honde Ring“？

A circle of support expanding through books. We receive books from everyone and sell them.　　　　The proceeds from sales will be used to support activities helping victims of crime. We accept books with an ISBN that were published after 2011. If you have any books, please bring them in.
