Influenza cases are increasing 

Influenza is an illness that causes symptoms such as a high body temperature (fever exceeding 38°C, etc.), headache, body aches, and difficulty moving.

Sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, and coughing may also occur.

Since influenza is highly contagious, please do the following:

To avoid catching or spreading it
  • Wash your hands with soap when you get home, before eating meals, etc.
  • Get vaccinated.
  • Eat a lot of nutritious foods.
  • Get plenty of sleep.
  • Avoid crowded places as much as possible.
  • Open windows frequently to ventilate.
  • Wear a mask.
