The entrance fee of nursing schools and so on is partially subsidized.

In order to improve the quality of local medical care, Oizumi Town will subsidize a portion of the entrance fee for new students or their parents at schools that train public health nurses, midwives, nurses, and practical nurses.

Oizumi Town Nursing Staff Enrollment Subsidy

Application Period

Within 6 months after enrollment to a school or etc.
except Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.

8:30AM – 5:15PM

Eligible Persons

Those who enrolled in a school specified by the Public Health Nurses, Midwives, and Nurses Act or a school that trains public health nurses, midwives, nurses, or practical nurses in fiscal year 2021, and who are registered as a resident in the town at the time of the enrollment or who moved out from the town for going to school.
However, If any member of the household to which the applicant belongs is delinquent in paying the municipal taxes, he or she is not eligible. 

Subsidy 

A half of the entrance fee of the school, but up to 100, 000 yen, will be subsidized. (Please note that any fraction of less than 1,000 yen shall be rounded down.)
Subsidy will be only one time per eligible person. 
For recipients in FY2019, if they withdraw from the school or fail to qualify, they may be required to return the subsidy. 

Application Method

Please apply to the Health Promotion Division with the application form and necessary documents.
If you have withdrawn from the school, please submit the Oizumi Town Nursing Staff Enrollment Subsidy Withdraw Form to the Health Promotion Division within 1 month of withdrawal.

Documents required for application

  1. Request form for the Oizumi Town Nursing Staff Enrollment Subsidy
  2. A receipt for the entrance fee or a document certifying the amount paid as the entrance fee
  3. A document certifying the enrollment of the school
  4. A document certifying that any member of the household to which the applicant belongs is not delinquent in paying the municipal taxes 
  5. A copy of the resident’s card (Jyumin-hyo) of eligible person, or a copy of the deleted resident’s card (Jyumin-hyo no Jyohyo) of eligible person, or Koseki-no-Fuhyo
  6. Something that shows the payee’s bank account (bankbook, etc.)
  7. Seal (Inkan)

If you can submit the Consent Form for Inspection of Municipal Taxes, etc., documents of 4 and 5 mentioned above are not required.  x, etc.
