If there are too many applicants, a tenant will be selected by the public lottery.
Eligible Tenants
Households that live or work in the town and have paid their municipal taxes in full.
How to Apply
Fill out the application form and apply directly to the Urban Development Division (Toshi-Seibi-ka) at the 14th counter on the 2nd floor of the town hall together with required documents.
