Applications for School Enrollment of Foreign Children

Parents/guardians of foreign children who wish to enroll in primary schools in the town from April 2022 are required to apply for school enrollment. A notice will be mailed to the parents/guardians of applicable children, so please follow the procedures.


Parents/Guardians of foreign children who meet all of the following conditions are eligible. 

  • Children who were born between April 2nd, 2015 and April 1st, 2016.
  • Children who are registered residents of Oizumi Town
  • Both parents/guardians and their children have wishes to enter school.

Location for applications

Educational Administration Division (Kyoiku-Kanri-ka) of Oizumi Town Board of Education on the 3rd floor in the Town Hall

Acceptance Period 

January 11th (Tue.) ~ 14th (Fri.), 2022


8:30 ~ 11:30 and 13:00 ~ 17:00

  • Notice “Gaikokuseki-Shijo no Shugaku-Shinsei-Uketsuke ni Tsuite (Notice about Applications for School Enrollment of Foreign Children)”
  • Shugaku Shonin Shinseisho (Application Form for Acceptance of School Enrollment)”
    Please fill in required information and bring it with you.
  • Gunma Bank passbook and registration seal
  • Zairyu Card (Residence Card)” of both parent/guardian and child
