Support for applications of My Number Card and Myna Point

We will be supporting applications for My Number Card and Myna Point at a special venue. Please take advantage of this service.

Town residents’ hall, 1st floor of the Town Hall

Period

From April 7, 2023 (Friday) to April 21 (Friday) 2023, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

9:00 to 17:00 

Things to bring

Application for a My Number Card
  • Identification documents (driver’s license, etc.)
  • Application form for issuance of My Number Card (If you do not have the Application form, it will be reissued by the Resident Affairs Division.)
Application for Myna Point
  • My Number Card
  • 4-digit PIN (number set when card was issued)
  • ID and security code of the cashless payment service you wish to use (please check in advance as each service has its own specific ID and security code)
  • Information on a savings account in your name (when setting up an account to receive public money)
