Application for New School Enrollment of Foreign Children

  Parents of foreign children who wish to enroll their children in town elementary schools from April 2024 are required to apply for school enrollment. An application form will be sent together with the notice to eligible families, so please complete the necessary procedures.
Please note that unless this procedure is completed, your child will not be admitted to the school, even if he/she has received a medical checkup for admission. If you are unable to come to the designated date and time due to unavoidable circumstances, or if you do not wish to enroll, please be sure to contact us.

Application for Newly Enrolled Foreign Children

Eligible Children: 

Parents of children who meet the following requirements

  • Children born between April 2, 2017 and April 1, 2018
  • Registered resident in Oizumi-machi 
  • Both parents/guardians and the student have a desire to attend school

Application Location

Educational Administration Division,  3rd Floor of the Town Hall (Counter No. 22)

Application Period

From January 9 (Tuesday), 2024 to January 12 (Friday), 2024


  •  8:00 – 11:30   
  • 13:00 – 17:00   

What you need for application

  • Notification “Acceptance of Application for School Enrollment for Children of Foreign Nationality”
  • Application form for school attendance approval (please fill out and bring with you)
  • Residence cards (for parents and children to be enrolled)
