Halloween events involving people from various countries will be held at Oizumi Festival.
Let’s liven up the Oizumi Festival by parading through the pedestrian zone in original costumes and enjoying simple dances and other fun activities.
Participants will receive a gift of ”IZUMIO〜”.

Eligibility
Anyone can participate. (3rd graders of elementary school and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)

100 people (Closed as soon as the maximum number of participants is reached.)

Apply at the counter of the Multicultural Cooperation Division (Tabunka Kyodo-ka) in person, by phone or via the official LINE of Oizumi Town.

Rules Regarding Costumes
If any of the following applies to participants, please refrain from the participation.
- Possession of dangerous items (long sticks, imitation swords, model guns, etc.)
- Excessively revealing costumes
- Grotesque clothing or makeup
- Costumes that are too long or too wide
Note
Those who need a place to change clothes can use the room on the third floor of the Town Hall between 13:30 and 19:00.
Please take care of your valuables (wallets, keys, etc.) so that they do not get lost.
