Believing the claim that “dark circles under the eyes can be completely removed” at a medical beauty clinic staffed by licensed physicians, I signed a contract and received hyaluronic acid injections under my eyes, but the dark circles actually got worse.
Advice
①You should listen to the doctor’s explanation until you fully understand whether it is safe and what the pros and cons are; if you do not understand, you must not sign the contract.
②Consult with people around you or the Consumer Affairs Center.
③The same problem is occurring at beauty salons as well.
Japanese law prohibits non-medical estheticians from administering injections into a person’s body. If you have received an injection from an esthetician, please consult the police.
