Actions in the event that a Ballistic Missile is falling.

In the event that a ballistic missile is launched from North Korea and there is a possibility that it will come to Japan, the government will inform the relevant areas of it with the Japan Alert System (J-Alert). From Oizumi Town, its information is conveyed to residents by “Oizumi Safe and Security e-Mail” and also “Emergency Prompt e-Mail”.

Actions in the event that a Ballistic Missile is falling.

When you receive the message, please take the following actions immediately. 

If you are outside,

Take shelter in sturdy buildings or underground. If there are no buildings nearby, hide behind objects or lie on your stomach, protecting your head.

If you are indoors,

Move away from windows or move to a windowless room.
